Sindhiz Management Pty Ltd operates TSG & Cignall Retail Stores across Australia, and our Cignall North Buderim store is on the hunt for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers face-to-face with warmth and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service that upholds our strong store reputation
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards across the store and brand displays
- Handle cash, EFTPOS transactions, and end-of-shift balancing accurately
- Support stock replenishment, stocktakes, and processing of deliveries
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service and cash handling
- Lotto experience highly regarded (though not essential – training provided)
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
- A drive to meet and exceed sales targets and store KPIs
- A fast learner who picks up new systems and processes with ease
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekend shifts
- An energetic, fun, and professional attitude with a genuine flair for going above and beyond for customers
