About the Role
As the Store Business Manager, you'll take ownership of all aspects of the store's performance. From leading and developing your team to driving sales, operational excellence and customer engagement, you'll be instrumental in establishing Harbour Town as a destination for premium menswear.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing retail team.
Drive sales, profitability and achieve store KPIs.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through premium styling and service.
Recruit, train and develop team members.
Manage all aspects of store operations, including rostering, stock control and visual merchandising.
Build a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture.
Analyse store performance and implement strategies to maximise results.
Ensure the store consistently reflects M.J. Bale's premium brand standards.

About You
You'll be a passionate retail leader who enjoys developing people, exceeding targets and creating memorable customer experiences.
You'll also have:
Previous experience managing a retail store.
A proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent commercial acumen.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and late-night trade as required.
