We're looking for a full-time, permanent People and Culture Business Partner – Reporting Specialist to partner directly with our Chief People Officer, delivering workforce insights that influence executive decision-making, workforce strategy and organisational performance.
Based in Brisbane CBD, you'll play a key role in a growing, multi-entity organisation, combining your HR expertise with workforce analytics, reporting and business partnering to help shape the future of our workforce. Whether you're an established HR Advisor ready to step into a more strategic role, or a HR Business Partner who enjoys uncovering trends through Power BI, Excel and HR systems, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact through data-driven people solutions.
About the Role
As our People & Culture Business Partner – Reporting Specialist you'll be the go-to expert for workforce reporting, analytics, data governance, and people insights across the Group.
You'll work closely with the Chief People Officer and senior leaders to deliver meaningful reporting that supports strategic decision-making, organisational planning, workforce performance, and key People & Culture initiatives.
Key areas of focus include:
• Deliver workforce analytics, dashboards and reporting that drive business decisions.
- Prepare Executive and Board reports, translating data into meaningful insights.
- Identify workforce trends and opportunities to support organisational performance.
- Partner with leaders to provide strategic, data-driven workforce recommendations.
- Enhance reporting capability, automation and data quality through UKG, Power BI and Excel.

About You
We're looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven HR professional who enjoys balancing technical expertise with stakeholder engagement.
You'll be naturally curious, detail-oriented, and energised by using data to solve business challenges.
You'll bring:
• Demonstrated experience in people analytics, HR reporting and workforce insights.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Experience creating impactful dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, ideally UKG, Workforce Dimensions or similar.
- Strong business partnering, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
Most importantly, you're someone who loves getting into the detail, finding the story behind the numbers, and helping leaders make better decisions through data.
What Do You Need to Apply?

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) (or willingness to obtain).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
