AKOM Investments Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to support business growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across our diversified business portfolio.
Working closely with executive leadership, you will identify business improvement opportunities, analyse organisational performance, and deliver practical solutions that enhance efficiency, profitability, and long-term business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business reviews and analyse organisational performance, processes, and operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, service delivery, and business performance.
- Develop and implement business improvement strategies and operational solutions.
- Analyse financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, reports, and recommendations for senior management.
- Support organisational change, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, consultations, and business review meetings.
- Lead and support business improvement projects from planning through implementation.
- Monitor project outcomes and provide ongoing advisory support to management
Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
