We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and user systems while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, remote, and onsite.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
- Install and update operating systems and business applications.
- Monitor network connectivity and resolve connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Pay: $5,000.00 – $6,000.00 per month
