We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Time Barista to join our team at Elements Brasserie Belmore.
About the Role
- Full-time position
- 5 days per week
- 7:45 AM start
- 3:00 PM finish
- Must be available to work weekends
- Prepare high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional coffee station
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Work effectively as part of a busy hospitality team
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista experience essential
- Strong coffee-making skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Weekend availability essential
- Australian working rights
