As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, development and wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with educators, families and the centre leadership team to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Observe, assess and document children's learning and development.
- Create engaging learning environments that inspire curiosity, creativity and exploration.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
- Support and mentor educators to enhance teaching practices and outcomes for children.
- Promote inclusion, diversity and a strong sense of belonging for every child.
- Contribute to achieving and maintaining Meeting or Exceeding outcomes against the National Quality Standard.
You are a passionate educator who is committed to delivering exceptional early childhood education and helping children develop a lifelong love of learning.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Current Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- A genuine passion for children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Experience in an Early Childhood Teacher role is desirable but not essential.
