We're looking for a Gelato Maker who gets genuinely excited about perfecting the craft. If you live and breathe gelato, obsessing over texture, temperature, and technique, this is your role.
What You'll Do
- Master the science and art Develop and refine gelato formulations using precision equipment and data driven techniques
- Create everything from scratch No shortcuts, no mixes. We make REAL gelato naturale the proper way. Every ingredient matters.
- Create our signature 18 flavour lineup Work on both classics and innovative seasonal creations, with input on every batch
- Push boundaries Collaborate on in store product development where your ideas directly shape what we serve
- Own the quality From milk base ratios to Carpigiani parameter tuning, you'll understand and control every variable that makes our gelato exceptional
- Build customer connection Your craft is the product. Take pride in knowing exactly who enjoys what you've made

Pay: $27.81 – $34.76 per hour
