Join Intersport Mackay as Teamwear Department Lead (Full-Time, Mon–Fri)
We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused self-starter to head our Teamwear department. You’ll be the go-to for local teams, clubs, and schools—managing orders end to end and ensuring every detail is spot on.
What you’ll do
- Lead and grow the Teamwear department, Monday to Friday.
- Liaise with clubs, schools, and community teams to quote, place, and track orders.
- Coordinate artwork approvals, names/numbers, sizing, and timelines.
- Check artwork and order details with absolute accuracy before production.
- Collaborate with suppliers and our in-store team to deliver on time.
What you bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills—comfortable dealing with the public.
- High attention to detail and pride in getting the small things right.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple jobs at once.
- Initiative to improve processes and keep projects moving.
- Experience with teamwear, uniforms, or artwork approvals is a bonus (not essential).
