About RB Removals
RB Removals is a growing removalist company servicing Canberra and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on providing reliable, professional and friendly moving services to our customers.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team and become an important part of the day-to-day operation of the business.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, organising bookings, coordinating removal jobs and making sure customers receive excellent service from the initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
- Respond to emails, messages and online enquiries
- Prepare and provide removal quotes
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Schedule and coordinate removal jobs
- Communicate with customers, drivers and removal teams
- Confirm job details, addresses and moving requirements
- Follow up leads and previous enquiries
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records
- Prepare invoices and assist with basic administration
- Keep the daily schedule organised and up to date
- Assist management with general office and administrative tasks
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional and confident speaking with customers
- Highly organised and reliable
- Excellent at communication and customer service
- Comfortable answering multiple calls and managing enquiries
- Confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Good at problem-solving and multitasking
- Punctual and well presented
- Previous customer service, administration, transport or logistics experience is highly desirable
Experience in the removalist, transport or logistics industry will be highly regarded.
