Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant national board
Strong clinical judgement and ability to manage complex care environments
Proven leadership or coordination experience within a healthcare setting
Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and patient safety
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in a relevant specialty and/or experience working in paediatric or similar clinical settings.
Most importantly, you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and building strong, supportive teams that improve outcomes for the community, every single day.
