The Porter Room is a premium restaurant and café located within a luxury hotel in the heart of Sydney CBD. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant, café and bar operations
- Lead, motivate and train the FOH team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Ensure service standards are consistently maintained
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Assist with staff rostering and shift management
- Maintain food safety, RSA and workplace compliance
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Previous experience in a hotel or premium dining environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Full Australian working rights
