We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team across Melbourne.(mostly greater eastern suburbs)
This role will commence as a casual position, with the opportunity to move into permanent employment as participant needs and hours increase.
You'll provide direct, person-centred support to participants living with diverse needs — from physical and intellectual disabilities to mental health and acquired brain injury.
Applicants must hold permanent resident status in Australia.
Your role will make a genuine difference each day by helping people live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver respectful and high-quality daily living support in participants' homes and the community
- Support participants to build independence, confidence, and social connections
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and household tasks as needed
- Encourage and model skill development in daily routines and community participation
- Minimum of 1 year experience in disability support is required
- What You'll Bring
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services (or working towards it)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Must hold current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check prior to commencement
- NDIS compulsory training(Orientation module)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
