BTS Health Clinic is a growing multidisciplinary clinic providing Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Remedial Massage, Acupuncture, Podiatry and Skin Therapy services.
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Podiatrist to join our team and grow within a collaborative healthcare environment.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Podiatrist looking to build and develop a long-term caseload while working alongside Physiotherapists, Pilates Instructors, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists and other healthcare professionals.
You will provide evidence-based podiatry care and contribute to improving patient mobility, function and overall wellbeing.

Earnings Structure
This is not a standard hourly position.
✔ Percentage-based per consultation structure
✔ Performance-based income model
✔ Clinic systems and support provided
Typical earnings: $50 – $120+ per hour equivalent
Your income grows as your patient base grows.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive podiatric assessments
- Diagnose and manage foot and lower limb conditions
- Provide routine and advanced podiatry treatments
- Develop treatment plans and patient management strategies
- Maintain professional clinical records
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Deliver high-quality patient-centred care
Requirements
✔ AHPRA Registered Podiatrist
✔ Professional Indemnity Insurance
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔ Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
