About us:
Founded by Jordan Cullen in 2018, Cullen Jewellery is an Australian fine jewellery brand grounded in intention, care, and considered design.
As a digital-first brand, we bring together traditional craftsmanship and modern technology to create pieces designed to endure – in both form and feeling.
From carbon neutral lab-grown diamonds to responsible material choices and global replanting initiatives, every detail reflects Cullen’s long-term perspective.
About the position:
Internally referred to as the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of our showroom projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with launch expectations.
Key Responsibilities include:
-
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
-
Act as the central coordination point across Retail, Supply Chain & Product, People & Culture, Brand & Marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure total alignment.
-
Collaborate on location and property sourcing as required by the Head of Property & Expansion, and support them through lease negotiations (including commercial input and coordination with legal advisors).
-
Ensure each construction project meets our insurer's requirements. Proactively identify, manage, and escalate project risks and roadblocks for swift resolution.
-
Provide clear, consistent progress reporting to senior leadership. Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings, and establish/refine standardised project workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
What are we seeking?
-
Experience in project management, ideally within retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
-
Strong leadership skills, including experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
-
Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, resource allocation, contract input, and risk management.
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to drive process improvements.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
-
Experience with Notion is highly desirable, but not a strict must-have!
-
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues efficiently.
-
Experience managing retail store rollout projects is desirable.
