About the Role
Care Tribe Services is looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist a client in Bentleigh VIC. The role involves providing meal preparation and medication assistance in the client's home while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Meal preparation
- Medication assistance/prompting (as per training and organisational policies)
- Provide respectful and professional in-home support
- Maintain accurate service records
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability or equivalent) OR a recognised Medication Administration/Medication Competency Certificate
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Right to work in Australia

Pay: $25.29 – $51.41 per hour
