The Opportunity
We're looking for a brilliant, hands-on leader to run the day-to-day operations of our busy Pirie Street practice. Reporting to the Group Manager, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, driving service excellence across a large and dynamic clinic.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you'll lead, motivate and support a large team, build a positive and collaborative culture, and ensure every patient receives outstanding care from the moment they walk in.
About You
You're an experienced manager ready for your next challenge - someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys having a real, visible impact on a business's success. You bring:
- Proven management experience, ideally in a large or multi-chair practice
- A talent for building relationships and positively influencing clinicians and support staff alike
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, empathetic approach
- A genuine can-do attitude and self-motivation
Qualifications in business or practice management will be highly regarded.
