About the Role
Are you a commercially minded partnerships professional who can turn ideas into compelling opportunities?
As the Statewide Partnerships Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of strategic partnerships that support the protection, management and enjoyment of Victoria's parks and reserves. Working with corporate partners, philanthropic organisations, government agencies, Traditional Owners and community stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, build investment pipelines and create partnership propositions that deliver measurable environmental, cultural and community outcomes.
This role is ideal for an experienced relationship builder who can identify market opportunities, develop compelling partnership strategies and secure support for initiatives that align organisational priorities with partner goals. You will play a key role in positioning Parks Victoria as a trusted and innovative partner, leveraging partnerships to deliver lasting value for both the Victorian community and the organisations that support our work.
You will provide statewide leadership in partnership development, governance and capability building while supporting regionally led partnership initiatives across the organisation.

Parks Victoria manages more than 4 million hectares of parks and reserves, including 75 per cent of Victoria's wetlands and 70 per cent of its coastline.

We're Looking for Someone With
- Demonstrated experience in strategic partnerships, sponsorships, philanthropy, fundraising or business development within complex stakeholder environments.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop compelling partnership propositions and secure investment or support from corporate, philanthropic or government partners.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and build trusted relationships.
- Experience leveraging commercial, social impact or ESG opportunities to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate organisational priorities into partnership opportunities that deliver measurable value.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications, public administration, environmental management or a related discipline (desirable).
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
