About the role
We are seeking a reliable cleaner to support NDIS participants in their homes and community settings. This is local casual work. Shifts will be allocated only where travel is within 30 minutes.
Your duties
Thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, windows and fixtures
Safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Restocking household supplies when required
Keeping storage areas clean and organised
Reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazards
Providing respectful and professional service in participant homes
Following all health, safety, privacy and infection control procedures
What we are looking for
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness and eligibility to obtain it before participant work begins
Current police clearance, or willingness to obtain it before work begins
Valid driver licence
Own reliable, registered and insured vehicle
Ability to travel up to 30 minutes to local client homes
Australian work rights
Good communication, reliability and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and respect participant privacy and boundaries
Previous domestic cleaning, disability, aged care or health setting experience is highly regarded
Pay
AU$33.84 per hou
