The Role: As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting of paid traffic campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
- Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience managing and scaling budgets on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display).
- Communication: Fluent written and spoken English is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable and articulate on camera.
- Availability: Must be available for internal/client phone calls and video meetings during standard business hours (AEST).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot broken tracking (Pixel, GTM, Conversions API), and turn data into actionable optimizations.
- Copywriting & Creative Eye: Ability to write compelling ad copy and guide creative direction for designers.
