Account Manager / Account Executive
We are working closely with a well-established regional insurance brokerage with a strong presence across Victoria and a longstanding office in Hamilton. Following a retirement, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager or Account Executive to take over an established portfolio of predominantly rural and SME clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established client portfolio in rural and SME sectors
- Provide tailored insurance advice and ongoing account management
- Conduct renewals, endorsements, and policy reviews efficiently
- Cultivate strong relationships through regular face-to-face interactions
- Identify new opportunities for portfolio development and cross-selling
- Collaborate closely with teams across multiple regional offices to ensure client satisfaction and service consistency
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Broker, or Account Executive in general insurance
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products; rural or farm experience highly regarded
- Tier 1 qualification
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Resilience and willingness to engage directly with clients in a high-touch service environment
