About the role
As a Salesman at GTurbo', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position, based in Balcatta WA 6021, requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can effectively promote and sell GTurbo's range of high-quality products.
What you'll be doing
- Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of GTurbo's products
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate new leads
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Experienced with diesel combustion engines
- Basic knowledge of diesel engines preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Motivated and a keen interest in achieving sales targets
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Australian work rights required for this position
