Matchworks is seeking a developing people leader to join our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team, partnering with the Business Managers as an Assistant Business Manager at our Midland and Ellenbrook sites.
You will be in integral part of the leadership team here at Matchworks and will be instrumental in leading a highly engaged, passionate, and motivated team so that we can continue to ensure that our services are delivered by capable and developed people, with a clear client focus, utilising innovation to ensure sustainable growth and adherence to best practice.

As an Assistant Business Manager, you will:
Contribute to workforce planning, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to maintain a capable, engaged team.
Proven success delivering employment or training services, particularly for people facing barriers such as injury, illness, or disability.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
