Core responsibilities
- Market development and customer management
- Understand the ecology and pain points of the Australian catering industry, and promote targeted automated cooking solutions
- Establish a customer database, focusing on breaking through chain Chinese restaurants, fast food brands, central kitchens, and health food startups
- Maintain key customers (such as large kitchenware distributors and commercial real estate supporting suppliers), regularly provide equipment demonstrations and data reports
- Localization sales strategy
- Analyze state food and beverage regulations such as the VIC Food Act to ensure sales process compliance
- Develop pricing strategies that are in line with local consumption habits
- Joint industry associations hold product experience activities
- Technology solutions sales
- Proficient in product core technology, providing customized solutions
- Coordinate technical team to develop localization recipes for customers
- Demonstrate IoT functions (remote control, consumable warning) to improve customer stickiness
- Channel construction
- Focus on developing offline catering stores
- Establish strategic cooperation with commercial kitchen design companies and equipment leasing companies
- Market intelligence analysis
- Monitor competing products and submit regular SWOT reports
- Research emerging scenario requirements
Capability requirements
- Required condition
- More than 1 year of commercial kitchenware/smart home appliance sales experience, with successful cases of developing the Australian market
- Proficient in the catering industry supply chain
- Hold a valid Australian driver's license and be able to travel
- Technical understanding
- Able to interpret electrical safety certification (RCM mark) and energy efficiency rating (Energy Rating Label).
