Reporting to the Group Executive, Enterprise Services and Chief Operating Officer, the General Manager, Organisational Development (GM OD) provides enterprise-wide strategic leadership of the Bureau’s people and organisational capability agenda.
This critical senior executive role is a key member of the leadership cohort and works in close partnership with the CEO / Director of Meteorology and the Bureau’s Executive Team to shape and deliver people strategy, workforce reform and organisational change. The role operates across the full spectrum of workforce management to enable sustainable delivery of the Bureau’s priorities.
We are seeking an accomplished leader with extensive experience in human resources or a closely related discipline.
This role requires a leader with the judgement, credibility and strategic capability to operate in a complex environment. It is suited to candidates with proven experience shaping and delivering workforce outcomes at an organisational level.
