We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Porter to join the opening team at a landmark new restaurant within the Powerhouse Parramatta. Every great kitchen runs on the strength of its Kitchen Porters keeping things clean, organised, and moving, so the team can deliver a dining experience that is confident, contemporary, and distinctly Australian.
What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, crockery, and work areas
- Support chefs with basic prep tasks as required
- Manage waste disposal and stock storage
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety throughout service
- Be a dependable presence the whole kitchen can rely on
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen porter or cleaning experience preferred, not essential
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to stay efficient during high pressure service periods
- Pride in keeping a premium kitchen running like clockwork
