We're looking for a Trade Sales Representative to own and grow our NSW territory, building strong relationships with trade customers, winning new business, and driving sales growth.

What You'll Be Doing
In this role you will be responsible for growing sales, profitability, and customer engagement across your NSW territory through a mixture of account management, business development and store team development.

Own your territory performance by planning visit activity, analysing customer insights, maintaining accurate reporting and collaborating with stores and the wider Trade team to unlock growth opportunities.

Build strong B2B partnerships with workshops, mechanics, fleet operators and trade customers, becoming their trusted aftermarket solutions provider.

Leverage your automotive aftermarket expertise to provide technical product advice, identify customer needs and recommend tailored parts and service solutions.

Expand customer and store engagement in our Supercheap Auto Trade program by onboarding, educating and increasing awareness of our extended product range and trade offers.

Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive account management, regular customer visits and responsive support that builds long-term loyalty.

Grow sales and profitability across your NSW territory by managing existing trade accounts and winning new high value business opportunities.
What Makes You Successful
We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with a passion for customer relationships and the automotive industry. You'll Bring:

Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow existing customer accounts in a B2B sales, account or territory management role

Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry, parts, accessories, or workshop environment to provide trade customers with technical product advice and solutions

A highly motivated, target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.

Exceptional relationship-building and customer engagement skills.

Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.

A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership over your territory.

Willingness to travel – Visiting Supercheap Auto stores and Trade Customers across metro and regional NSW is a requirement of this role.
