We are looking for an experienced and relationship focused Sales Manager to support our Retirement Living communities at Parkland Villas Mandurah and Woodstock West Village in Bunbury with approximately 80% spent at Parkland Villas
This is an opportunity to combine your commercial expertise with meaningful work, helping older Australians and their families navigate an important life decision and find a community where they can truly thrive.
You will be the trusted guide throughout the customer journey, supporting prospective residents from their initial enquiry through to settlement and move in.
Success in this role is about listening carefully, understanding individual needs, building meaningful relationships and helping people feel confident about their future.
You will play a key role in representing BaptistCare within the local community and helping more people discover the benefits of retirement living.

Experience in sales, ideally within retirement living, property, real estate, lifestyle or a related industry
