Job Description
Joining our Environmental Services Department, dedicated to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the hospital in accordance with infection control guidelines.
As our Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring department responsibilities are met with excellence. This includes tasks involving cleaning, patient transport, hygiene, linen and more.
In this role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of all processes and practices, as well as oversee and motivate staff to achieve organisational goals. Your leadership will ensure we provide a best in class service to both colleagues and patients.

About You
To succeed in this role, you must be a highly organised individual capable of managing conflicting priorities. Your proactive approach, exceptional communication and leadership skills will ensure our team consistently delivers outstanding service.
This role will involve being part of a rotating shift environment, your ability to work evenings, nights and weekends is required.
Your Key Skills and Experience

Previous experience as a supervisor
-
Previous cleaning experience in a hospital or hotel setting highly regarded
-
Proven ability as an effective role model, displaying positive attitude and appropriate behaviour

Ability to analyse data and situations and suggest recommendations for improvement
-
Commitment to ensuring quality services are delivered to both internal and external clients through continuous improvement activities
-
Intermediate computer skills including experience with Microsoft suite of programs
