Turquoise Hillarys is looking for a strong and experienced section wait person to join our
FOH team. We’re a busy, vibrant venue known for delivering exceptional customer experiences – and we need someone who can own their section, move fast, and lead service with confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience running sections in a busy café or restaurant
- Availability across seven days, in particular Thursday-Saturday nights.
- Strong menu knowledge and ability to upsell with ease
- Confident in handling multiple tables and turning them efficiently
- Impeccable attention to detail and guest care
- Clear communicator and calm under pressure
- Takes direction well, shows initiative, and leads by example
You’ll Be:
– Taking full control of your section and delivering smooth, professional service
– Building rapport with guests and remembering the regulars
– Working closely with baristas, kitchen, and management for seamless shifts
– Keeping standards high – from table settings to final check drop

Casual or part-time options available – weekend availability essential.
