We are now seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Account Manager to join our Wholesale team. This role is integral to strengthening client relationships, maximising sales opportunities and contributing to the continued growth and momentum of the brand within the B2B space.

- Competitive annual base salary of $70k-$80k plus Superannuation (based on experience)

About the Role
- Manage and grow customer accounts, building strong relationships with a database of boutique and online retailers
- Deliver exceptional customer service across showroom and online channels
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge and strategic upselling
- Send personalised product recommendations via text and email
- Manage inbound enquiries, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Process orders and generate invoices accurately
- Provide insights to management and design teams on bestsellers, stock performance, and customer feedback
- Maintain showroom presentation, including merchandising and window displays
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ sales/account management experience (wholesale experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first mindset with a high standard of service
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
