As Talent & Workforce Attraction Lead, you'll lead Horizon Power's recruitment function while helping shape our Employee Value Proposition, strengthen our employer brand and build sustainable workforce pipelines for critical technical, operational and leadership capability.
Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll modernise recruitment practices, improve candidate experience, use workforce insights to influence decision making and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that delivers exceptional outcomes.

- Leading Horizon Power's Talent Acquisition function and developing a high-performing team.
- Driving contemporary recruitment strategies that improve quality of hire, candidate experience and recruitment outcomes.
- Partnering with leaders to influence workforce planning and attraction strategies for critical capability areas.
- Building sustainable talent pipelines across technical, operational, leadership and emerging workforce segments.
- Strengthening Horizon Power's employer brand and Employee Value Proposition through consistent attraction strategies and market engagement.
- Using workforce insights and recruitment analytics to continuously improve recruitment performance and support strategic decision-making.
You're likely to bring
- Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition or Workforce Attraction within a complex organisation.
- Experience developing recruitment frameworks and contemporary recruitment practices aligned to required business outcomes
- Experience developing and executing annual talent and workforce attraction plans, with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes against strategic priorities.
- Experience contributing to broader people and culture strategies through talent acquisition expertise, workforce insights, and an understanding of current and future skills needs in the employment market
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted business partnerships.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using workforce data to improve business outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
