The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Signage Spray Painter to join our Media & Signage team based at our Hendra facility. This role suits someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well as part of a team, and values producing a high-quality finished product.
You’ll be working on a range of digital and static signage projects, contributing to work that’s seen across Australia and New Zealand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Applying 2K, Acrylic, DTB and COB coatings to signage products
- Preparing surfaces and ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes
- Working to job plans, deadlines, and quality standards
- Collaborating closely with the wider workshop team
Following safe work practices and maintaining a clean work area

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Proven experience as a spray painter (signage, automotive, industrial, or similar backgrounds welcome)
- A strong focus on quality, consistency, and detail
- The ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards
- A reliable, team-focused attitude with good communication skills
