The successful applicant will require:
- Experience in installation, breakdowns, service diagnostics, and repairs across a variety of HVAC systems
- A hardworking, honest, and self‑motivated approach
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude with a willingness to troubleshoot and find solutions
- Punctuality and a professional presentation
- Ability to complete paperwork electronically
- Full Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- Own tools
- Legal right to work in Australia
