You’re someone who wants to create outcomes that have a real impact on the people of NSW.
You’re called upon to help decision makers identify the options that best match their objectives. This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional services to the people of NSW, create innovative solutions, and foster strong partnerships.
In this role, you'll:
Join a specialist team delivering strategic contract implementation, management, and procurement solutions that drive value and efficiency across the organisation.
In this role, you will lead complex contract negotiations, manage key supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements within a rail infrastructure environment.
You will play a pivotal role in optimising the performance of high-value contracts while proactively identifying opportunities for cost savings and service improvements.
This position offers the opportunity to introduce innovative approaches to contract management and foster strong, collaborative partnerships in a dynamic and challenging environment, where attention to detail and strategic thinking are critical.
Drawing on your expertise in contract management, procurement, and stakeholder engagement—gained across government, infrastructure, or large-scale corporate sectors—you will deliver robust contractual outcomes, mitigate risk, and enhance operational efficiency.
You are recognised as a strategic negotiator with a proven ability to build and maintain effective third-party relationships, and have extensive experience managing complex, high-value contracts from initiation through to close-out.
This is a permanent Hybrid role with five days a month to be spent at your home hub and a further five days to be spent at either your home hub or another TfNSW location. Whilst we prefer you to be based in Newcastle, this is not essential.
