We’re looking for passionate and motivated STOCK CONTROLLER who is process-minded, has strong attention to detail and is organised and communicates clearly with their colleagues.
The Role
As the Stock Controller of our Birkenstock Sydney City store, you’ll have:
- A very high attention to detail and accuracy in processes
- Strong Problem Solving Skills and a growth mindset
- Passion for finding better and leaner ways to complete the work at hand.
- Proven reliability and consistency while still being flexible to change
- Strong technical skills and clear ability to manoeuvre our tech stack and systems with confidence.
- Ability to meet and exceed your accuracy metrics and other KPI targets
- A keen eye for keeping the store looking amazing – from the window displays to the backroom

- You love keeping an organised backroom and clear and strong control of stock movements in and out of our locations.
- You’re driven to hit your targets and help the whole team succeed
- You’re a quick learner with a can-do attitude
- You are passionate about Birkenstock, and want to know all about the brand and the product
- You’re reliable, well-presented, and bring positive energy to every shift
- Experience in a stock controller role or similar is essential
- Previous experience in e-commerce dispatching is also highly regarded.
