Position Summary
We are seeking a professional Spa & Pool Attendant to join our esteemed team at our luxury Auriga Spa. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations.
The Role

Assist therapists and beautician in preparation of treatment sessions by ensuring that all guest amenities, treatment supplies such as bathrobes and linens are replenished.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions with guests and colleagues.

Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, comfort and condition through frequent inspection and cleaning of the Spa & Wellness facilities, especially in reception area and treatment rooms.

Assist guests in providing information and addressing inquiries relating to Spa Menu and or resort facilities.
Provide guests with directions and escort them to their destination.

Talent Profile
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
Comfortable with recommending retail.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Personable character with a passion to build strong guest relations.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Valid working rights in Australia.
Trained in CPR and First Aid are advantageous.
