Prefisso 3088 is a busy and growing Italian restaurant known for its quality pizzas, fresh ingredients, and friendly service. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Maker to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Stretch, top, and cook pizzas to a high standard.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain food quality and consistency.
- Assist with dough handling and pizza station preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a pizza maker is preferred.
- Experience with Italian-style pizzas is highly regarded.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid Australian working rights.
