As the Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for the Statewide Data Archive platform, ensuring system availability, resolving user issues and contributing to continuous system improvements. Working as part of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program, you'll collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support one of NSW Health's most significant digital transformation initiatives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to support the delivery of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program - one of NSW Health's largest digital transformation initiatives that is reshaping how patient information is accessed and shared across the state. You'll work with enterprise technologies including the Statewide Data Archive, Oracle Identity Management, Microsoft Entra, service management and ticketing platforms, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve system performance, reliability and patient care outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support for the Statewide Data Archive by managing support requests, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution in line with service level agreements.
- Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and escalating issues to minimise downtime and maintain reliable service delivery.
- Partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to investigate incidents, implement solutions and support ongoing system enhancements.
- Validate, test and communicate solutions to users while delivering a high standard of customer service through phone, email and ticketing channels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining knowledge articles, documenting solutions and providing feedback on system design and process improvements.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience providing application or technical support within a large, complex organisation, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with knowledge of Identity Management platforms such as Oracle and Microsoft Entra.
- Collaborative communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and vendors while delivering excellent service outcomes.
- Immaculate organisation and are adaptable, with the ability to prioritise issues based on business impact, urgency and SLA commitments.
- Experience working within an operational support environment, including participation in on-call, after-hours or shift rosters as required.
