Team Leader – Residential and Commercial Cleaning

We’re looking for a confident and committed Team Leader to take charge of day-to-day operations, lead a small team and ensure the highest cleaning standards across our client sites.
This is a Monday–Friday role and perfect for someone ready to step up into a leadership position and grow within a rapidly expanding business.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of cleaning experience or willingness to learn
Must have a car and valid driver’s licence
Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–10:00pm (rotating roster)
Comfortable working independently and leading a small team
Bonus if you’ve done key-holding, client communication, or training before

Pay: $31.00 – $38.00 per hour
