About the Role
Refresco Australia is seeking an experienced senior SAP Manufacturing specialist to provide first-line support across SAP PP, QM, MM and Plant Maintenance processes. This role is critical in supporting shop-floor operations, manufacturing integrations, and ensuring minimal production disruption.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting SAP Production planning module including master data and processes including demand, capacity planning, detailed scheduling and execution. Good working knowledge of product costing.

Supporting quality management processes

Maintaining and supporting plant maintenance master data and processes

Maintaining and supporting materials management master data
-
Supporting shop‑floor interfaces and manufacturing integrations

Supporting manufacturing applications on tablets and handheld devices used in the shopfloor

Good working knowledge of BW and reporting

Good working knowledge of Warehouse management

Being able to work with end users and key stakeholders to support and increase adoption of the SAP solution

Work with key stakeholders to understand and better the SAP solution from a manufacturing perspective

Proactively work with the NA counter parts and stakeholders to implement enhancements and projects
About You:
You are an experienced SAP Manufacturing Support professional with strong expertise across SAP manufacturing modules and a solid understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes. You are comfortable supporting live shop‑floor environments, responding quickly to production issues, and ensuring accurate manufacturing data through SAP.
Key Requirements:

10+ years SAP experience with a strong focus on Production Planning (PP), Quality management, Plant maintenance and materials management

Proven experience supporting all related manufacturing and quality processes

Experience with plant maintenance and related master data

Experience supporting shop‑floor systems, interfaces and handheld devices

Strong understanding of manufacturing data, costs and variances
-
Exposure to FICO and logistics processes

Experience working in fast‑paced, operational support environments

May be required to travel to other Refresco sites as required

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to work with end users and key stakeholders
