MBS Builders Supplies is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable hardware professional to join our team. We’re a trusted local supplier serving tradespeople, builders, and DIY customers, and we’re looking for someone who can deliver confident, expert advice across a wide range of hardware products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and technical advice, for both tradespeople and DIY projects.
- Must have the expertise ability to read plans and do take offs.
- Provide knowledgeable support across paint, tools, building materials, fasteners, plumbing, and general hardware.
- Maintain stock presentation, store organisation, and inventory accuracy and supplier relationships.
- Work collaboratively with a small, supportive team and have a strong work ethic.
- Contribute to smooth daily store operations.
About You
- Strong knowledge of the hardware or building supply industry.
- Confident communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help customers solve problems.
