The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Process Analyst to support the implementation of our new ERP system. This fixed-term opportunity will see you involved throughout the project lifecycle, from process discovery through to project completion.
Working closely with the Project SME, ICT Project Manager, Business Process Owners and implementation partner, you will support the project from As-Is process discovery through vendor-led Discovery, Build, Testing and Go-Live.
This is a hands-on development opportunity for someone with strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder and data skills who wants to grow their career in ERP business analysis.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Document As-Is and To-Be business processes, support workshops, and capture key process activities, roles, systems, business rules, risks, controls and improvement opportunities.
Elicit, document and maintain business and functional requirements, ensuring traceability through solution design, vendor decisions and testing.
Support data cleansing, mapping, validation and migration, including maintaining relevant project documentation and registers.
Prepare and support UAT, including test scenarios, test execution, defect tracking and validation against business requirements.
About you:
You will ideally bring:
Experience in administration, project support, process improvement, systems implementation, reporting or business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data-handling skills.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes, requirements and recommendations.
Ability to distinguish between current-state issues, business requirements and proposed solutions.
Strong attention to detail and organisation, with confidence engaging stakeholders and learning new systems and business processes.
A proactive approach to learning new systems and business processes.
Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance processes, Visio/Miro, Power BI, UAT, data migration or Microsoft Copilot will be highly regarded but is not essential.
