Your opportunity
As a Senior Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and elevating ECH’s brand during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Leading the planning and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Using CRM insights, data and analytics to inform targeting, optimise performance and improve ROI
- Developing initiatives that increase client acquisition, engagement and service utilisation
- Partnering closely with sales, clinical and internal teams to translate insights into effective campaigns
- Managing agency and partner relationships to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused activity
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications
- A degree in marketing or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in brand or campaign management with a strong performance focus
- Experience using CRM systems and campaign data to drive insights and decision making
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and measure effectiveness
- Knowledge of In-Design or Canva
- Current National Police Check
We would also love you to bring:
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on ROI and outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across teams
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional partners
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in aged care or a related sector (highly regarded)
