We're looking for a creative and detail focused Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will primarily support a major client undertaking the launch of new brands, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives internationally. You may also be required to contribute to other Stratcora client projects at times.

As Brand Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and launching new brands, partnership initiatives, and market-facing campaigns. Working closely with client stakeholders, designers, digital specialists, and external partners, you'll help create the brand foundations, marketing assets, websites, and launch materials needed to successfully introduce new offerings to market.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance attention to detail with creativity and practical execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for new ventures, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Create launch-ready marketing assets including presentations, brochures, digital content, campaign materials, websites, and sales collateral.
- Establish brand foundations, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency across channels and markets.
- Manage website content updates, landing pages, and launch-related digital assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Contribute creative ideas that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and market presence.
- Support campaign planning and execution across digital, content, and brand channels.
- Assist on other client projects across the Stratcora portfolio as required.
What We're Looking For
You're a strong all-round marketer who prioritises brand integrity with operational efficiency. You enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and turning ideas into high-quality marketing outcomes.
You'll ideally have:
- 5+ years' experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, creative services, or a similar role.
- Strong brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling capabilities.
- Excellent written communication and content development skills.
- A strong eye for design, visual communication, and brand consistency.
- Experience developing marketing assets across digital, print, presentation, and web channels.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.
Technical Skills
Essential
- Canva (intermediate to advanced)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Website content management experience
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow or similar CMS platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Highly Desirable
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience supporting website launches and landing page creation
- Experience working within professional services, education, or technology industries
