About the Role
As a combined OOSH/Educator, you'll spend part of your day immersed in a rich, play-based curriculum in a stunningly resourced room, before transitioning into the centre's much-loved OOSH program, where you'll bring energy and creativity to engaging, age-appropriate activities for school-aged children.
You'll work alongside a passionate, experienced team who take real pride in the environment they've created — one where children thrive, families feel welcomed, and educators genuinely enjoy their work.
Your Responsibilities
- Support daily operations in a beautifully resourced room
- Assist with the transition to the OOSH program
- Plan engaging activities for school-aged children
- Support children's routines, wellbeing, and development
- Work collaboratively with the educator team
- Build genuine relationships with children and families
- Maintain high-quality documentation and practice
About You
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (mandatory)
- Experience with school-aged children (OOSH/vacation care) highly regarded
- Strong understanding of child development across age groups
- Current WWCC and First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Child Protection training, or willingness to obtain
- Flexible and comfortable working across age groups
- A warm approach and love of variety in your workday
