We are looking for a kind, patient and experienced Support Worker to support our lovely client, R.
R has dementia and requires assistance with personal care and daily activities. She responds best to a gentle, calm and patient approach. Building trust and taking time with her is very important, as she can sometimes be reluctant to accept assistance.
Roster – 14 hours per week:
- Monday: 9:00am – 12:00pm (3 hrs)
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 11:00am (2 hrs)
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 11:00am (2 hrs)
- Thursday: 9:00am – 11:00am (2 hrs)
- Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm (3 hrs)
We are looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, patient and confident supporting a person living with dementia.
