Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to residents, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance.

- Create a safe and respectful environment, upholding each resident's dignity and rights.
- Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Community Services or equivalent.
- Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential or aged care support.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and adaptability to diverse needs.
Salary & Contract:
- Competitive salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
- A secure full-time position based in Liverpool, NSW.
Work Location:
