400 Gradi Fine Foods is looking for Cleaners to join our production facility team on a full-time or part-time basis. We are seeking reliable and experienced cleaners who are comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment focused on cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Required: Previous commercial cleaning experience
Salary: Averaging approximately $30–$35 per hour depending on experience and employment type

About the Role:
Gradi Fine Foods is part of the Gradi Group, operating a high-volume food manufacturing and production facility with attached office and communal spaces.
This role is based within our production facility environment and is focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across production, shared, and workplace areas.
This is a dedicated cleaning role, and successful candidates will be specifically trained in our cleaning procedures and standards and rostered for cleaning duties only.
The role suits someone reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and consistency are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning production areas, equipment, and workspaces
- Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
- Following daily cleaning schedules and procedures
- Safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- General housekeeping across the facility
- Supporting a clean, organised, and safe work environment
About You:
- Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience
- Experience within food production, manufacturing, hospitality, or warehouse environments preferred
- Available to work across a 7-day roster (5 days per week)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive cleaning duties
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Full working rights in Australia
