About the role
Mello House seeks for someone experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable concierge team member to join their team. They will be an industry professional with extensive knowledge and a true passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of Opera PMS – Proficient in handling guest profiles, reservations, billing, and room allocation.
- Experience with iVvy or similar event management software – Confident in coordinating guest events, bookings, and venue layouts.
- Event Planning & Coordination – Able to assist with organising private dinners, meetings, celebrations, and special experiences.
- Tech-savvy & Adaptive – Quick to learn and use new apps, platforms, and internal tools.
- Personalised Guest Service – Capable of tailoring recommendations and experiences to each guest’s preferences and needs.
- Problem-Solving Abilities – Resourceful and calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to guest requests and complaints.
- Multitasking & Time Management – Able to manage multiple guest requests, priorities, and tasks simultaneously.
